Charles E. Leal, Esq.

Charles Leal received his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and served his country as an Airborne Ranger Army Captain before resigning his commission to attend Wake Forest University School of Law. A member of Wake Forest’s Law Review, he graduated in 1984. That same year he was admitted to the Florida Bar.

As a practicing attorney Mr. Leal started out in both circuit court as well as workers compensation.  As time went on his involvement in workers compensation increased as he represented Employers and Carriers as well as injured employees.  In 1990 he became certified in Workers’ Compensation and although he no longer practices and is not certified that experience is invaluable as a mediator.

In over thirty-five years Mr. Leal has been involved in literally thousands of cases which have included the most unique and complex legal issues. Mr. Leal’s broad perspective and experience as an attorney on both sides of a lawsuit allows a thoughtful and creative approach to resolution while balancing all of the pertinent legal and economic issues.
